The Story
For 12 years I've been transporting pets for a living. Over 10,000 of them, of every breed, size and coat, all over the UK.
I built the world's first pet taxi franchise. I mention that not to sell taxis, but because it's where the expertise comes from. Every single day, with every kind of pet.
The lightbulb moment came while I was sat outside the vets. A car pulled up, the driver got out, and on her lap was a chihuahua. She'd driven there like that. It wasn't carelessness. She simply didn't know.
And then there were the harnesses. Fitting them every day, I watched how slow, fiddly, and poorly designed most of them were. I knew what needed to change: a harness engineered for safety, fit, and comfort for the pet, while being genuinely easy for the owner to fit. That's what I set out to build.
What This Is Really About
This isn't really about selling a product. It's about shifting how people think about travelling with their pets, the way attitudes to seatbelts shifted a generation ago.
Buy it, or don't. But at least change how you think about it. That's the whole point.
I'm an everyday person, working-class, the same in every room I walk into. I'd like this business to feel like that too: kind, caring, honest, and without pretence.
The Team Behind It
On paper, the business is essentially just me. In practice, the product is a collective effort, and that matters because it means this isn't just me saying it.
