Considered Design From Real Experience
Shaped by 12 years of hands-on pet transport. Designed for the pet wearing the harness and the person fitting it.
Over 10,000 pets transported safely across the UK. We're designing products that pass the crash-testing standards most pet harnesses fail.
Pets 2 Places Pet Transport Products is a small business on a big mission, to make travelling with your pet genuinely safe. We're at the early, pre-launch stage, and I'd love you to follow along.
There's no judgement here. Most of us were never told what safe pet travel actually looks like. Come and learn with us.
In a collision, an unrestrained pet becomes a projectile. A 20kg dog in a 30mph crash is thrown with the force of around 500kg. That's not something a lap, a boot or a loose seatbelt can hold.

Unrestrained dogs in the front seat create multiple hazards. Without proper individual restraints, they can be thrown during sudden stops or collisions. Front-seat airbags, if not disabled, pose a serious injury risk. This setup can also invalidate your car insurance in the event of an accident.

Without a dog guard, loose dogs in the boot can be thrown forward into the passenger compartment during braking, endangering both the animals and vehicle occupants. Improvised restraints risk tangling and injury.
Our first product is a harness for dogs between 5 and 15kg. A cat carrier is planned next, and a full range will follow over the coming years.
Joining now means you'll see it all unfold, the testing, the decisions, the honest bits in between.

We're pre-launch. The harness for dogs between 5 and 15kg is in development now, and joining the journey is the best way to be told the moment it's ready.
For us, it means tested to the same 30mph forward-facing standard used for children's car seats. Anything less doesn't earn the words.
Yes. A cat carrier is planned as one of our early products, because so many of the carriers used today simply aren't safe in a crash.
